Announcing the 2018 Take Action on Air Quality Mini-Grant Program!

CAPHE’s Take Action on Air Quality Mini-grant Program is awarding mini-grants of up to $5,000 to implement pilot projects designed to improve air quality in Detroit neighborhoods.

Priority will be given to  projects that:

  • Implement recommendations from the Community Action to Promote Healthy Environments Public Health Action Plan (available on the CAPHE website)
  • Benefit communities most affected by poor air quality
  • Have long term benefits

Any resident, neighborhood group or organization may apply, including (but not limited to) block clubs, art groups, service organizations, churches, parks and recreational organizations,  professional associations, and school-based groups.

Take Action on Air Quality Mini-grant Workshop:

January 18th, 2018, 5:30pm (Detroit location TBD)

February 13th, 2018, 5:30pm (Detroit location TBD)

March 2nd, 2018, 1pm (Detroit location TBD)
