Keisha’s interests in environmental health began as a member of environmental clubs at Xavier University of Louisiana. This led to graduate studies at the University of California, Davis and postdoctoral research at Michigan State University focused on health effects caused by air pollution. As a toxicologist with the state of Michigan’s Air Quality Division, Keisha is honored to partner with CAPHE to address air quality and health issues in Detroit.
