How can I check air pollutant levels in my area?

 

EPA’s Air Quality Index gives up to date information on air quality in your area.

EPA’s Air Now is an app for your smartphone, which provides real-time air quality information.

MIair, by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), provides up to date air quality information for Michigan.

For information about facilities close to your home that release federally regulated air pollutants, enter your street, city, state and zip into EPA’s Toxic Release Inventory.

The American Lung Association’s State of the Air app provides local updates on air quality.

My Environment provides a cross-section of environmental information based on the user’s location.
